How to Create an Audience

1. Navigate to the Audience Builder on the left panel
2. Navigate to Data Providers located under the search bar

1. Click on a provider and then select a segment from the drop down (Up to 5 segments can be selected)
2. Click the button at the top to include or exclude the audience selected
3. Click Save to my audiences button and your audience is now created.  
4. All Saved Audiences can be accessed in the Saved Audiences Tab

Note:

• Many third party audiences available for selection need processing time. A green icon indicates the segment is ready to use. A gray icon indicates the segment needs 1-3 day processing time. This processing time is required for the 3rd party data provider to move the data into our system. This is standard practice.
• Audiences highlighted in green are ready for use -- if not highlighted in green, there is some segment within the audience that is pending. Simply click on the Audience to take a look at segment processing status.
