For any campaigns that are expected to have day parting there are a few important things to know:
- Please be clear on what time zone the client is expecting impressions to be delivered in. The ad scheduler within the platform operates only on EST time
- This means that any time block selected within the ad scheduler will deliver impressions on EST time
- If day parting is meant to occur on any time zone outside of EST then it needs to be converted accordingly
- Example: If a client expects day parting to occur at 1am PST time then you must select the 3am block within the ad scheduler
- When generating reports there is the option to include an hour column and specify the time zone
- This will convert EST time to whichever time zone selected
