The Custom Campaign Report builder allows you to generate tailored reports with specific metrics and configurations to match your reporting needs.
Report Configuration
Basic Settings
Report Name Enter a descriptive name for your custom report in the text field at the top. This helps you identify and organize your saved reports.
Date Range Select the time period for your report data using the date range picker. This determines which campaign data will be included in the report.
Include Report Summary Toggle this checkbox to add an executive summary section at the beginning of your report. This provides a high-level overview of campaign performance.
Media Metrics Selection
Choose which performance metrics to include in your report by checking the corresponding boxes:
Standard Metrics
- Impressions - Total number of times ads were displayed
- First Quartile - Video views that reached 25% completion
- Mid Point - Video views that reached 50% completion
- Third Quartile - Video views that reached 75% completion
- Completions - Full ad view completions
- Clicks - Total click interactions
- VCR (%) - Video Completion Rate percentage
- CTR (%) - Click-Through Rate percentage
- Date - Time-based data breakdown
Additional Metrics
- Campaign ID - Unique campaign identifier
- Uniques - Unique user reach
- Spend - Campaign expenditure data
- eCpm - Effective cost per thousand impressions
Use the + ADD COLUMN button to include additional custom metrics in your report.
Advanced Options
Advanced Metrics
Enable this toggle to access more sophisticated performance indicators and calculated metrics beyond standard reporting data.
Publisher Properties
Select this option to include publisher-specific data and breakdowns in your report, showing performance across different publishing partners.
Hour
Enable hourly granularity to see performance data broken down by hour of day, useful for understanding peak performance times.
Geo Selection
Use the "Select Geo" dropdown to filter your report by specific geographic regions or to include geographic performance breakdowns.
Custom Column Names
The right panel displays all selected metrics and allows you to customize how they appear in your report:
- Each selected metric shows its default name
- Click on any field to edit the column name as it will appear in the generated report
- Custom names help align reports with your internal terminology and reporting standards
Generating Your Report
Once you've configured all settings and selected your desired metrics:
- Review your selections in the preview panel
- Click GENERATE REPORT to create the report
- Click CANCEL to discard changes and return to the previous screen
Your generated report will be available for download or viewing based on your platform's report delivery settings.
